I have a passion for working with children and have worked in many different educational settings both in regular and special needs schools, as well as running my own services for early childhood children both in Sydney and South Africa.

 

Qualifying and working as a Junior Primary and Special Needs teacher in formal schools, my interest extended to Early Childhood when my own daughters were born 20+ years ago! I am completely committed to excellence in Early Childhood education and have developed a particular interest in getting children ready for school through my ‘Little Meerkats School Readiness Programme’.

 

My programme is an emerging one based on the interests and needs of the children and families in my care, and it reflects the principles and practices of the National Early Years Learning Framework.
