Enrolment

Once you have expressed interest and have been offered a placement at Little Meerkats, you will be asked to provide the following documents prior to care commencing:

 

Forms / Letters to be completed and returned by parents

  • Child’s Birth Certificate

  • Enrolment Form

  • Child Detail Form

  • Immunisation History Statement (Available online through Medicare)

  • Signed Fee Policy

  • Assessment Notice of Child Care Benefit for approved care. (Centrelink)

  • Handover Agreement

  • Observation Form

Fees and Deposits

The service that I provide will be equitable to all families and the fees will be charged to all families irrespective of individual circumstances.

 

Fees will be reviewed in January and July each year. Families will be given four weeks notice of any changes and the date that they take effect.

 

Fees are due regardless of whether or not your child attends care. This includes sick days and holidays. Full fees will be charged for first and last day absences. Casual Care and Holiday Care for School Age children is offered subject to availability.

 

A deposit is taken to confirm a childcare placement. This is refundable when your child leaves the service.

WHAT TO BRING

Change of Clothing

 

Nappies (Minimum of four nappies daily if required)

 

Sunsafe Hat (Sunscreen should be applied each morning before your child comes to care.)

 

Small hand towel or washer (with hanging loop), for individual hand drying.

 

Small bag /pillow case with sleep sheet (fitted cot sheet) and blanket / covering.

 

Comforter / Soft toy for rests (if required)

 

Packed Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.

Please pack a healthy, nutritious meal.

Due to the high risk of life-threatening allergies, our centre is nut-free.

 

Clean Water Bottle.
